At Orvi, we value customer satisfaction. Please read the return terms carefully:

πŸ“¦ Unboxing video is mandatory for all return, damage, or wrong product claims. Return is allowed in case of a wrong/defective product delivery.

πŸŽ₯ The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded while opening the sealed package.

⏰ To return an item please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery, via email at orviglow@gmail.com

🏷️ Original tags must be intact and attached to the product.

❌ Products with broken, removed, or missing tags will be rejected.

❌ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

πŸ“¦ Post acceptance of return by us through mail, the package will have to be couriered to the address mentioned in mail.

πŸ” Refund Method

Ø     Refund will be processed after the product is received at Orvi location in original condition with tags.

Ø     The refund approval is subject to verification and on satisfactory compliance of above terms. 

Ø     Refund will be provided as store credit and will be valid for 6 months from date of issuance.

πŸ›‘οΈ 6-Month Gold Plating Guarantee

Ø  All Orvi bangles come with a 6-month guarantee on gold plating from the date of purchase.

Ø  The guarantee covers gold plating issues only, such as fading or discoloration under normal usage.

ØThe guarantee does not cover:

oΒ Β  Water, perfume, sweat, or chemical exposure

oΒ Β  Improper storage or rough handling

oΒ Β  Scratches, dents, or breakage

oΒ Β  Normal wear due to heavy or daily usage

πŸ“¦ Care & Storage Instructions

Ø  After use, always keep the bangles in the covered box delivered by Orvi.

Ø  Store in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Ø  Proper storage helps maintain shine and extend gold plating life.

⚠️ Important Notes

Ø  Shine longevity depends on care, usage, and storage.

Ø  Orvi reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject any claim.

Ø  No Cancellations - >  Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, all sales are final.

Ø  Order Confirmation - > Please review your order carefully before submitting. By placing your order, you acknowledge that cancellation is not an option.

Ø  Customized and Personalized Items - > All customized or personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Ø  Sometimes Delivery may take longer due to the following reasons:

1) Bad Weather Conditions

2) Flight Delays

3) Political Disruption Scenarios

4) Other Unforeseen Circumstances

We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. Reverse pick up is not offered by Orvi jewels.

Ø     Orvi jewels will not be liable for products returned to us by mistake. If a product not belonging to Orvi jewels is returned by mistake, Orvi jewels will not be responsible for misplacement of the product or returning the product to the customer.

Ø  Β  Β Orvi jewels will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to β€˜prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
